Emergency Certificate

The Emergency Certificate is issued to Malaysian Citizens who have lost their passports while abroad, who have been repatriated to Malaysia at the Government’s expense and to those whose Malaysian Passport cannot be issued within the stipulated period.

Validity

• Valid for a Single Journey to countries mentioned therein for the period of 12 months

Condition of Application

• Form F- Im.42-pin 1/97
• Payment of RM50.00 per person
• Documentary evidence of Malaysian status
• Two (2) photographs of applicant (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm)

Fees

• RM50.00 only

Where to Apply

• Application can be submitted to the nearest Malaysian Representative Offices abroad
